Operation: The fire is built in a separate firebox at the bottom of the oven. The heat (fire and combustion gases) rises, hits the cast iron deflector, is directed towards the sides and then passes through the oven ceiling to exit through the chimney flue. This achieves surround heat and even cooking.
With no more work than installing the chimney, this model complements the aesthetics of its installation location, ready to use and avoiding all types of masonry work.

Attention: Do not place exposed to the elements. Always position it under some eaves or inside a quincho (barbecue shelter).
